About Me

I'm Jonah Sussman. I'm a CS and Math double major at The University of Alabama. I love challenging myself and solving hard problems.

Experience

Currently, I'm a research assistant the Digital Forensics and Control Systems Security Lab, researching how to get data off of Tuscaloosa's traffic system in a secure, sensible manner (part of the overall Alabama Transportation Institute Strategic Plan). My previous research project dealt with detecting malware using Machine Learning on Android.

This past summer, I was an intern at FiServ, working to remediate security vulnerabilities in the Financial Risk Management Solutions division. I've also worked at the Georgia Tech Research Institute, where we developed a night-vision themed exhibit for the Museum of Aviation in Warner Robins, Georgia.
